About

I started my career close to the work, implementing enterprise systems, solving customer problems, and seeing firsthand where process, technology, and people collide. That technical foundation has stayed with me. I’ve worked alongside engineering organizations, partner ecosystems, and technical teams, which means I’m comfortable moving between the details of how something works and the executive decisions that determine what happens next.

Over time, the scope got bigger: executive operations, enterprise programs, organizational systems, and the operating models that connect them. What stayed consistent was the part I was drawn to: figuring out what wasn’t quite working yet, getting to the root of the problem, creating structure around it, and helping people move forward together.

Today, my work spans business operations, executive leadership, organizational effectiveness, and complex program execution. I bring the same systems-oriented curiosity to each: understand how the pieces fit together, identify what is breaking, connect the right people, and build a better way forward.

What keeps me curious

I’m curious about how things fit together, whether it’s spices in a recipe or decisions in the office.

Why do some combinations work effortlessly while others create friction? What changes when one small piece moves? And why can something that looks complicated sometimes become surprisingly simple once you understand how the parts relate?

That curiosity shows up everywhere for me. I like understanding how things work, finding the connection that isn’t immediately obvious, and figuring out what might make them work better.

What I value

I believe in giving back to the communities I’m part of with my time, financial support, board service, and mentoring.

I’m especially drawn to work that supports women and children and helps address hunger. I believe strong communities are something we build together, and that each of us has an opportunity to leave the places we live a little stronger, healthier, and better than we found them.

For me, success includes contributing to that.
